Terms

Cancellation:
Up to 14 days before tour a cancellation is possible free of charge. Thereafter, a fee of 50% of the total price is payable up to 48 hours before tour. From 48 hours before tour no refund of the purchase price is possible.

Contract:
A contract between the passenger and HeartofHamburg-Tours is concluded by the purchase of the ticket and your declaration of consent by email to the booked tour.

Payment methods:
Directly with the driver by Giro or credit card. On request you will receive our performance against invoice for group trips. The VAT rate is currently 19 percent. The prices charged are gross price.

Vouchers:
Vouchers are subject to the statutory statute of limitations.

Waiting time + Tourausfall:
Our guide is waiting 10 minutes also for the other passengers at the meeting point. Thereafter, the claim to the booked tour expires without refund of the amount of money. Call us if you are late!
Tourausfall: In the case of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or, for example, bomb deactivations in the port of Hamburg, tours may fail due to the safety of our passengers.

Liability:
HeartofHamburg-Tours as organiser does not accept any liability to its passengers and their valuables.
The damage caused by gross negligence or by intent on the part of the organizer is excluded. Parents have a duty of supervision for their children during the tours.
